the book of Habakkuk opens with questions on why God allows evil n suffering, shows us how God answers the prophet's questions. we can from it find hope n faith for whatever situations we face and know that God answers us. "The righteous will live by faith"

sometimes our successes n answered prayers can be a hindrance. what do i mean?
sometimes we think how God has grown us or answered our prayers will be how God wants to work in a new situation. and when we think that or work towards that, we are boxing God up, and worse, we may miss understanding how God wants to work in this new situation. sometimes answered prayers for success in min or a particular project can cause pride to insiduously well up such that when we approach a new situation, we don't go in with "Lord show us how" but "this is how the Lord has work, so this is how we would......" beware.
