we were appalled n shocked dat only 10% raised went to the patients...
yet...
we who say we live for Christ, n unabashedly quote n say "amen" to Philippians 3:8 "I count all things to be loss in view of the surpassing value of knowing Christ Jesus my Lord, for whom I have suffered the loss of all things, and count them but rubbish so that I may gain Christ", we content to give God a mere 10%, not of our all, but juz our money?! mere 10% (nonwithstanding some WAY less!). some say, well... dat's wat the OT states wat... actually... the NT's standard is higher... since we live not by the letter of the Law but grace. shouldn't we re-look into wat we give to God juz as we query into charity exp?
